I really wanted to put this part together to show you all how I am doing. Of course, this post is going to be updated regularly when I notice new results. Doing all the wrong types of workouts, disregarding diet, and not knowing a lot about bulking legs. Then my goal was to lose weight overall. As a matter of fact, they got bigger. I was so disappointed and frustrated I stopped working out. See my ab area in March 2020, And my lower body area around the same time, Around Mid year 2020, I learned about lean legs and that women can get bulky, and that my legs were bulky! I had mixed emotions, I was so excited, and I was confused...
