KENDALL JENNER DIET IN A DAY.

 Kendall Jenner is an American super model and member of the Kardashian Jenner Family. I got to know Kendall Because of their family's reality show; Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

Being  a model it is very important for Kendall to watch her diet to maintain her toned slim body.

Lets look at the options she has;

Breakfast

When she knows she will not be around during lunch she aims for a filling breakfast or sometimes she has an early lunch and just skips breakfast. An example of what Kendall would have would be

  •  Avocado on toast
  •  Greek Yoghurt
Greek Yoghurt is exceptionally healthy as it has less sugar and more protein and we all love and know that Avocado and eggs on toast is super healthy and delicious.

Lunch

Kendall's go to meal is normally rice, chicken and vegetables

This is a very healthy meal as it gives lots of healthy protein, vitamin,  carbs, fat and vitamins.

Snack

Kendall loves to snack on hummus and veggies.

Dinner

Kendall likes to eat dinner at around 6:00pm which is very reasonable as you do not want food left in your stomach when you go to sleep. She eats out with friends once or twice a week. When she eats out she goes for;

  • Sushi
  • Margarita Pizza
  • Pasta
Other Foods

Kendall has stated her love for Kusmi (detox tea) and Kombucha.

She usually has up to 12 cups of this tea a day!

That is it folks. Would you try a full day of eating like Kendall Jenner?

Let me know in the comment section below which other celebrity you would love me to write about.

WORKOUTS THAT CAN BULK UP

I must start by saying that there is no workout that can be regarded as a 'bad' workout and you should avoid it because it will bulk you up. It all depends on how much you keep doing it and what muscles are mostly used. In today's blog post, let's talk about the kind of workouts that when overdone are likely to add muscle. Squats Lunges High Knees Traditional HIIT(that which includes loads of jumping) Running up a hill Using the elliptical and stair master Lifting heavy weights Jumping rope To know exactly how they add bulk please read this post  here A lot of the above workouts focus so much on the quads and hamstrings. They will probably overwork these muscles leading them to grow bigger. Maybe too much than your liking.  The key here is not to avoid them but to do them in moderation. If you do a squat as a warmup. Then that is probably not a big problem. If you do HIIT twice a week, that is also acceptable. Want to know which workouts will not bulk you up. Click Here
